Key Responsibilities: Product Development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements Create and maintain product roadmaps Lead product development from concept to launch Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Translate insights into product improvements and strategy Product Strategy Assist in defining and executing product strategies aligned with business goals Set, track, and measure product KPIs Product Lifecycle Management Manage the complete product lifecycle: planning, development, launch, and optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams Ensure alignment between product objectives and company goals Quality Assurance & Customer Feedback Define and monitor product quality standards Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to enhance product performance Reporting & Analytics Prepare regular product performance reports Analyze key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations Product Focus Area LMS Product – Business Loan

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
