SFCC Senior Developer (Level 2 / Level 3)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SFCC Developer to provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud–based eCommerce platforms. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, bug fixing, performance optimization, and close collaboration with business, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for SFCC applicationsDiagnose and resolve complex issues related to: Checkout, cart, promotions, pricing, and paymentsOrder lifecycle, integrations, and third-party servicesPerformance, scalability, and stabilityPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixesHandle code-level debugging using logs, breakpoints, and monitoring toolsDevelop, enhance, and maintain SFCC features using best practicesSupport releases, hotfixes, and deployments; perform post-release validationCollaborate with L1 support, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholdersReview code, ensure coding standards, and mentor junior developersManage incidents, problems, and change requests as per processesPrepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materialsParticipate in on-call and critical incident support rotations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Strong expertise in: SFCC architecture and cartridgesISML, JavaScript, Controllers, Pipelines (if applicable)OCAPI / SCAPI / REST APIsSFCC Business Manager. Hands-on experience with: Debugging production issuesPerformance tuning and log analysisSFCC deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of: eCommerce order lifecycleIntegrations with OMS, ERP, payment gateways, tax, and shipping systems.
