Job Profile For Corporate Accounts Role: Finance and Accounts Lead Designation: Senior Manager Department: Finance Location: Goregoan East Education: Qualifed CA Experience: 1 year/Fresher 1.Financials and Various MIS Responsible for preparation of financials statements, Segmental revenue and Segmental Balance Sheet. Understanding of financials and notes to accounts , management report and other disclosure Responsible for calculation of Tax Provisions Well versed with accounting standards, IFRS, accounting policies. Preparation of Variance analysis, ratios, and various MIS for the purpose of financials review, ACB and Board. Booking and Reporting of related party transaction as per Accounting Standard, Company's Act and SEBI LODR Understanding of guidelines related to CSR, ESOP and SARS Responsible for review of various schedules related to Reinsurance Premium, Fixed Asset Accounting, Operating lease, Inter company transactions , account payable and employee schedule and various provisions at the company level Accurate and error free reporting of numbers and accounting transactions and ensuring time to time reporting to the Management, Board and Regulators Managing of Various Auditors and other key stake holder like Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor, Management Auditors and Other Department Should be able to bring Improvement in current process, automation and streamlining Implement automation tools and technologies for financial reporting processes to reduce manual efforts and enhance accuracy. Well versed with excel , power point, power query, idea toll and other automation tools
