Role: Insurance Collections Specialist Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Experience: 1 year + Work Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai Education: Graduate Responsibilities - Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and quality - Make Outbound call to customers to revive the existing insurance policy by connecting with the customer to pay the outstanding premium - Provide complete and correct information on the product purchased by the customer, if asked by the customer - Ensure customer "delight" and consistent service experience, including successful receipt of customer premium payment - Adherence to Information security guidelines & quality process norms Desired profile Maintain a professional behavior with the customer throughout the Revival calling process Good communication skills Experience in collection for any financial product Good convincing skills
