Position: Recruiter – Non Sales hiring (Off roll) Department: Human Resources Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai / Hybrid Experience: 3 years + in recruitment for hiring in non sales / entry to mid level position Education: Graduate Role Objective To do sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring for assigned roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to defined hiring processes and timelines. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing Source resumes through job portals, social media and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess fitment Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback closure Stakeholder & Candidate Management Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on hiring progress and requirements. Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for selected candidates. Continuous Support Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition effectiveness and process improvement.
