Designation: Deputy Manager - Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Level : 2 Department : Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Key Responsibilities 1. Contest & Program Fulfilment Manage end-to-end fulfilment of national and local contests/programs in line with defined processes and timelines. Coordinate reward selection activity during contest design stages. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of rewards, certificates, plaques, trophies, and other recognition materials. Drive effective communication related to contests, rewards, and fulfilment updates with the sales team and stakeholders. 2. Vendor Management Identify and onboard new vendors, including vendor registration, agreement execution, quality checks, and operational supervision. Implement vendor selection processes for fulfilment requirements within the budget of 1Lac with approved procurement guidelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure service excellence and timely deliveries. Track vendor invoices, payments, and contractual obligations. 3. Financial Management & Budgeting Provide fulfilment-related provisions details to the Finance team on regular basis (as and when require). Prepare Budget vs. Actual cost reports for reward fulfilment and vendor payments. Support invoice processing by providing required documentation and transaction details to the Accounts team. 4. Call Centre Management Manage and coordinate with external call centre partners engaged for fulfilment activities. Share required data files and operational inputs for calling campaigns. Conduct periodic audits of call centre performance and fulfilment quality. Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to defined processes. 6. Process Improvement & Governance Ensure compliance with internal procurement, finance, and fulfilment processes. Maintain documentation related to vendor agreements, fulfilment records, and audit requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience within fulfilment processes.
