The Sky Service Distribution - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound is a vital role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of the Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your primary focus will be to handle inbound calls, providing accurate and timely assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to customers, tailoring your approach to their specific requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.

  • Document and record customer interactions, maintaining accurate records for future reference.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, including CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
