Sr. Sales Executive-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Retail Sales

We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Executive to lead sales efforts in the Tractors and Farm Equipment (TFE) segment. The role involves managing a team of Direct Sales Team (DST) members, building strong relationships with dealers and channel partners, and ensuring smooth loan processing and collections. The ideal candidate should have experience in vehicle financing and a strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to ensure sales productivity. Source business through manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets. Establish tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan disbursement. Follow up on early delinquency cases and manage post-disbursement documents (PDDs). Support development of both direct and indirect sales teams.
