Description
Job Description Ø Manage a team for client servicing of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. Ø Understand client's requirements and accordingly provide services Ø Strategize engagement plans for inactive customers and activate their accounts Ø Ensure that customers trade actively after opening the trading account Ø Maintaining & keeping track of data, reminding clients about activities they need to do, office / operations related work, processing of data received by clients Ø Interfacing with operations team Ø Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well Ø Will be responsible for end to end ownership of the process. Ø Proactive updation to all parties.

- Education: Bachelor's degree required
