Digital Business - Team Manager - cash - West - Corporate

Role: 

·         Would be responsible to Drive Web Based Business Revenue for a desk managing self-trading customers

·         Responsible to execute Auto dialler & one-to-one campaigns for ensuring business deliverables  

·         Responsible for expanding Web Behavior Business & approaching Web Clients to execute their investment view with the help of Technology

·         Responsible to drive & manage 12-15 dealers team size to generate Targeted revenue and balancing revenue multiples

·         Should be able to guide and scale-up New and old Dealers to ensure team KRA achievement

·         Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis

·         Responsible for training & educating, adding Revenue, Onboarding newly acquired clients

·         Responsible for all operations, IT, compliance & Risk related issues

·         Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk

·         Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer
