Job Description: - Designing the landing page, web page, videos and website banners with designers ensuring correct positioning of the product. - Planning, coordinating and implementing projects with allocated budgets, timelines and scope. - Working along with the product team, creative team and IT team for better positioning and launching of the product/ analyzing the market needs on website - Working aggressively on 'Conversion Rate Optimization' and optimize the web page and paid pages to improve leads. Used A/B tests/CRO tools (Heatmap, user session replay, lead field optimizer, personalization, URL split test, web banner etc) and dashboards for better results. - Optimize campaign landing pages and website pages to maximize efficiency. - Manage daily MIS and focus on scope of improvement - Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with web developers and agencies to execute and deliver platform goals and targets. - Regularly updating the website with any new changes
