Job Title: Trade Commodity Process – HO Operations (Evening Shift) Location : Goregaon, Mumbai Shift Timing: Evening / Night Shift Role Overview: The incumbent will be part of the Head Office Operations team handling the Commodity Trade Processing function. The role requires a thorough understanding of commodity market operations, exchange-related back-office activities, and regulatory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth end-of-day (EOD) processing and coordination across multiple departments and exchanges. Key Responsibilities: 1) Handle end-to-end trade processing for commodities, including verification, settlement, and reconciliation. 2) Possess detailed knowledge of physical delivery processes for various commodities traded on exchanges. 3) Coordinate with commodity exchanges for back-office file updates, data corrections, and issue resolutions. 4) Monitor and implement regulatory and procedural changes impacting back-office operations and ensure timely compliance. 5) Ensure smooth inter- and intra-departmental coordination to achieve accurate and timely EOD completion. 6) Maintain high levels of accuracy and control in all operational activities. 7) Exhibit flexibility and readiness to work in the evening/night shift as per operational requirements. Required Skills and Experience: 1) Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in commodity trade operations or back-office functions in Broking. 2) Strong understanding of commodity market mechanics, settlement cycles, and delivery obligations. 3) Familiarity with exchange systems and reporting tools (e.g., MCX, NCDEX, etc.). 4) Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing commodity markets. 5) Excellent communication and coordination skills. 6) Proficient in MS Excel and other trade processing tools. 7) Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
