Deputy Manager

**Job Title: Store Officer Executive - Solar Project Execution**

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inventory Management:**

• Maintain accurate records of all materials, equipment, and tools.

• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid project delays.

• Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

2. **Procurement:**

• Source and purchase materials and equipment required for solar projects.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet project schedules.

3. **Logistics and Coordination:**

• Coordinate the transportation of materials and equipment to project sites.

• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss.

• Manage the distribution and allocation of resources to various project locations.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**

• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.

• Prepare and submit regular inventory and procurement reports to management.

• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.

5. **Quality Control:**

• Inspect materials and equipment upon arrival to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Address any discrepancies or issues with suppliers promptly.

6. **Project Support:**

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand material requirements and timelines.

• Provide support in resolving any logistical or supply chain issues that arise during project execution.

7. **Compliance and Safety:**

• Ensure all storage and handling practices comply with safety regulations and company policies.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the storage facilities.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain roles, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industries.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with procurement processes and logistics management.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in storage and handling.
