Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for managing and executing day-to-day production activities for solar panel cleaning robots. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and coordinating with PPC, store, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute

daily production plans

as per PPC schedule

Supervise

assembly, fabrication, and production processes

Ensure

quality standards

are maintained during production

Monitor and improve

productivity and efficiency

Identify and resolve

production issues and bottlenecks

Coordinate with

PPC, Store, and Purchase teams

for smooth operations

Ensure proper

line setup, manpower allocation, and workflow

Maintain

production records, reports, and MIS data

Implement

process improvements and cost reduction activities

Ensure adherence to

safety standards and SOPs

Support

new product development and pilot production

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of

manufacturing and assembly processes

Knowledge of

fabrication, sheet metal, and mechanical assembly

Ability to read and understand

engineering drawings

Basic knowledge of

quality control and inspection

Familiarity with

production planning and workflow management

Good communication and team handling skills
