Responsibilities

Project Delivery

•Manage e2e hiring for the business and specified workload.

•Deep understanding of domain/functional/technical skills relevant to the Business

•Good understanding of market/competitor mapping capabilities.

•Adherence to the recruitment/HR//Risk as per defined process with accuracy & timeliness of data capturing .

•Deliver on the hiring requirements as per agreed SLAs, with focus on agreed source mix

Practice Management

•Active stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships

•Adherence to process compliance and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data management

•Effective communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to Business queries

•Effective Candidate management
