**Manage allstages of project development leading up to go live/launch

Track and monitor project throughout project life cycle, prepare statusreports

Co-ordination withdevelopers

Carry out application testing anddocumentation

Draft flyers/ collaterals for productcommunications

Own and monitor the SAT approval process

Closely liaise with AIC Ambassador and Tool Champions network throughout requirement finalization, testing and deploymentphases

L2 support for querymanagement

Track and monitor TAT by Tool champions for queries raised onAQMS

Conduct training for Toolchampions

Provide on-going support on a need-basis to the Central Product Championand

network of Location ToolChampions

Monitor usage statistics and support in preparation of any reporting/presentations

Ensure continued SAT accreditation, as may berequired

Tool upgrades andimprovements

Ensure continuous tool feedback through survey forms, interaction with tool champions**
