Supporting the overall Group Digital domain, the role of the Operations Support Assistant Manager is to support the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operational activity.

The Group Digital Domain has approx. 600 colleagues across the UK, KGS and Switzerland, where the Operations Manager will have responsibility for all People, Finance and Resourcing activity. You will work with the Operations Manager in close capacity to ensure that there is a comprehensive Operations Support service provided.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

•Support with HR calendar activity where required e.g     Calibration session preparation including scheduling and preparation of data sets, performance manager training co-ordination etc

•Support with co-ordination of learning activities and live training sessions within Group Digital

•Create new positions and maintenance of existing positions through position management.

•Maintenance of the local headcount tracker with movements in and out of Group Digital including any contracts and third parties.

•Collate regular data packs for operational meetings.

•Support with ad hoc data tracking on request e.g holiday balances

•Support with ad hoc billing with third parties.

•Timesheet reporting – ensuring time coding is accurate with the correct allocation of project codes. E.g ensuring that contractors are coding to the correct project codes.

•Regular update of Group Digital Organisation chart

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have  the below

Skills & Experience

Technical

•Exposure in using tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira etc.

•Intermediate MS skills particularly PowerPoint and Excel

•Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Essential

•Ability to work independently and use own initiative where required.

•Demonstrates agility and be able to work under ambiguity and shifts in priorities to drive deliverables and impactful outcomes.

•Competent engaging with the leadership team where required.

•Prior experience of supporting with operational activity in a complex environment.

•Intermediate MS skills particularly PowerPoint and Excel
