• Prepare debt maturity profiles and briefing notes • Prepare debt and equity markets newsletters • Identify potential debt clients for business development purpose • Structure and prepare pitch books • Structure and prepare sections of lenders presentation • Assist on sell-side lenders education process • Prepare financial models from fund-raising or debt covenants perspective Do shadow credit ratings analysis
