Roles & responsibilities • Configure, implement, and provide ongoing support for Oracle TRCS to meet enterprise‑level tax reporting requirements • Partner closely with Tax and Finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements into system solutions • Support tax provisioning, statutory reporting, and compliance activities using Oracle TRCS • Assist with data integration, validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks within the TRCS platform • Diagnose and resolve application and data-related issues, providing reliable production support and ensuring timely resolution • Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver outcomes within tight timelines and service commitments • Support system enhancements, version upgrades, and change requests to continuously improve Oracle TRCS functionality
