COUNTER SALES STAFF

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Customers: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the Outlet.
2. Order Taking: Accurately and efficiently take customer orders, either in person or over the phone.
3. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and process electronic payments accurately.
4. Food Preparation Assistance: Help the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling orders and packaging food.
5. Stock Monitoring: Keep track of inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
6. Customer Feedback: Encourage customers to provide feedback and reviews on their experience.

Requirements

* Minimum qualifications is SSC

* The candidate can read English
