Role Overview

We are seeking highly driven Telesales Agents for a high-intensity calling role. You will manage retail customers & insurance broker portfolios, build strategic relationships, and drive month-on-month revenue growth across crop, motor, health, and general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume sales calls to meet aggressive monthly targets.
• Convert Leads: Call outbound marketing leads to close direct customer sales.
• Manage Brokers: Own, nurture, and expand an assigned insurance portfolio.
• Product Sales: Sell general insurance products including crop, motor, and health.
• Build Relationships: Partner closely with brokers to consistently grow account value.

• Mindset: Highly driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-intensity calling environment.
• Skills: Revenue generation, Lead conversion, Relationship building, negotiation, retentions and excellent phone communication.
