Associate Product Manager - Interns

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our product engineering team focused on building AI-powered accelerator platforms, products, and enterprise solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent MBA graduates who are passionate about technology, Artificial Intelligence, and product management.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, understand customer needs, and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop AI-powered platforms, products, and enterprise solutions.
• Support Product Leaders in defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Conduct customer research to understand business challenges, user needs, and pain points.
• Define product use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria while maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Partner with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Work closely with the marketing team to perform market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
• Assist in preparing product documentation, presentations, and go-to-market materials.

Qualifications

• MBA (First Class) from a reputed Business School, completed in 2025 or later.
• Specialization in one or more of the following:
  • IT Management
  • Information Systems Management
  • Technology Management
  • Digital Transformation
  • Business Analytics / Analytics

Preferred Skills

• Strong interest in Product Management and Enterprise Technology.
• AI certifications, preferably in Generative AI.
• Good understanding of:
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Agentic AI
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI Agents and Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
