HR Operations & Compliance

This is a blended HR Ops and Compliance role. You will own the backbone of our HR processes: HRMS, policies, payroll coordination, labor law compliance, and day to day employee support. You will work across India and global entities, partner with Finance and Legal, and make sure our people experience is smooth, compliant, and well communicated. You will be responsible for HRMS setup, accuracy, and day to day hygiene, employee records, org structures, and workflows, standardisation across locations, and call out local exceptions clearly, HR policy documentation, version control, and communication, coordinating monthly payroll inputs with Finance, overseeing leave, attendance, and benefits administration, managing employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and related documents, managing day to day employee queries on policies, leaves, payroll, and benefits, supporting onboarding and exit operations, running clear, simple communication on policy changes, new processes, and key HR updates, coordinating with global teams to keep processes aligned, and analysing HR data (attrition, headcount, leaves, payroll).

3-8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Generalist roles. Strong hands-on experience in HRMS, employee data management, and HR documentation. Working knowledge of India labor laws and statutory needs, with comfort handling audits and checks.
