Non-Tech Recruiter

This is a hands-on recruiting role for non-tech functions. You will hire for roles across sales, customer success, marketing, finance, HR, operations and other business teams. You will be the first touchpoint for many candidates and will shape how they see LambdaTest from the first message till offer stage. 3-6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years hiring for non-tech roles in a product or SaaS company. Strong track record in hiring for sales, customer success, marketing or similar roles in B2B setups. Ability to understand role context, talk about targets, funnels and business impact with candidates. Clear written and spoken communication skills.
