You'll drive impact at scale by designing and building scalable automated test frameworks and test suites. You will be responsible for creating tools, microsites, DevOps solutions, and other technical solutions for testing. You'll also analyze test logs, create comprehensive reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Every day is dynamic, fast-paced, and full of opportunities to make an impact: Collaborating closely with development and business teams to understand requirements and communicate impacts. Designing and building new test frameworks or enhancing existing ones. Deep-diving into test logs and performing root cause analysis to resolve complex issues. Working on a mix of manual and automated testing, with a focus on creating scalable and repeatable solutions. Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members to uplift quality practices across the team.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience as a Developer or SDET. Strong in at least one language (Java, Python, JS), with a solid grasp of OOPs and data structures, and the ability to write clean, reusable code. Experience with Object-Oriented Analysis, Design (OOAD), and development using UML Methodology, along with good knowledge of J2EE and Core Java design patterns.
