As a Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales), you are the technical backbone of our sales team. You will support our sales process by assisting with software estimations, architecting tailored solutions, and defining project scopes. You'll partner with sales to handle all technical conversations with customers, analyze their unique use cases, and devise smart solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with Sales to understand customer pain points and pitch the product's value. Taking complete ownership of customer trials and ensuring their success. Capturing technical product feedback from customers and relaying it to the product team with relevant market insights. Helping sales teams develop competitive intelligence to stay ahead in the market. You'll Thrive Here If You Have ✅ Experience & Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing engineering experience, with 2-3 years in a pre-sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS. ✅ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Experience with at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Appium, UFT, React Native, Flutter, Kotlin). Familiarity with source code management (e.g., GIT), build management, and CI/CD. ✅ Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to customers. Strong analytical skills for assessing customer needs and designing effective solutions. The ability to solve problems independently and within expected timeframes.
Eligibility Criteria
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing engineering experience, with 2-3 years in a pre-sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
