SRE / DevOps Engineer – AI-Augmented Operations

We're evolving our operational model to integrate AI-driven efficiency across the engineering ecosystem. To support this shift, we're looking for an SRE / DevOps Engineer who is comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, excels in BAU reliability work, and is eager to incorporate modern AI tools into day-to-day engineering workflows. This role sits at the intersection of reliability, automation, and applied AI—helping us strengthen platform resilience while reducing operational toil. Responsibilities include: Execute SRE BAU operations: incident handling, root-cause analysis, operational recovery, and service stabilization. Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment consistency. Improve operational maturity through DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and continuous optimization. Implement, maintain, and tune observability stacks—metrics, logs, alerts, dashboards. Leverage AI platforms (CursorAI, GenAI copilots) to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and automation development. Drive reliability improvements through proactive monitoring, auto-remediation, and performance tuning. Partner closely with product, engineering, and security teams to support high-quality, secure, and predictable releases. Identify repetitive tasks and eliminate them through scripting or AI-assisted automation.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on SRE or DevOps operational experience. Strong expertise in CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.). Solid exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar). Working knowledge of Azure or GCP infrastructure.
