About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring creative ideas to life with high-quality visuals that align with our brand and marketing strategy. You'll work with the Marketing Team to create, adapt, and optimize marketing assets for various platforms. This role requires strong design execution, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver marketing assets based on creative direction, including social media posts, presentations, infographics, web graphics, brochures, and email templates.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and interactive visuals (if applicable).
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs while bringing fresh, creative ideas to storytelling.
• Resize and optimize creative assets (banners, graphics, ads) across various formats, dimensions, and languages while maintaining visual integrity.
• Quickly iterate and refine designs based on feedback from marketing and leadership teams.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring all assets are polished, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Follow best practices for asset creation, file organization, and version control.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual content creation.
• Strong execution skills—able to work on multiple assets while maintaining brand integrity.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Experience with image retouching, asset resizing, and production design best practices.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve design/technical issues.
• Good communication skills—able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics and video editing
