Description
Technical Hands-on:
- Hands on exposure to Windows Desktop & Knowledge of Windows Server OS Desired
- Deeper Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Office 365, VPN, Firewalls, Network LAN / WAN & Network Protocols.
- Handle escalated support tickets from L1 engineers and ensure timely resolution
- Security Patching / Update Management
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, drivers & Print Setup.
- Familiarity with Cloud, On Prem , SaaS & VM Ware
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong Exposure in to Stake Holder Management & Engagement across Varied Levels.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues that L1 and L2 teams escalate.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring problems and implement permanent fixes, often involving scripting or system changes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Network Ops, development, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve deep technical issues.
- System Optimization: Analyse performance logs and trends to suggest architectural improvements or deploy patches.
- Mentorship: Guide L1 and L2 engineers, especially during high-priority incidents or deployments.
Process & Compliance:
- Exposure towards Executing Small / Mid Scale IT Infra Projects.
- Inventory Management -Exposure to Hardware Assets, Software Assets & Licence Management
- Exposure to IT Compliance Management / Audits
- Ability to Collaborate with larger Functional teams spread across Nation / Global
- Fundamental Knowledge of ITSM Process and compliance
- Proven Track record in to Budgeting ,Vendor Mgmt. & Invoice Mgmt.
- Fundamental Knowledge of Project and Service Delivery Management
- Major Incident Management
- Maintain documentation (SOPs) of issues, resolutions, and support procedures
