AI Product Manager

The AI Product Manager is a new role and the first of its kind at our company. You will have the opportunity to help chart our AI strategy by working with our stakeholders to define the problems we are solving with AI. You will design the specifications and data AI programmers need to deploy AI products. To succeed you must become an expert in AI and in our business domain. This role involves working with executives and business line stakeholders to define problems, help prioritize and rank solutions, and develop business cases. You'll be responsible for developing AI product roadmaps and timelines, and helping stakeholders productionize the results of AI products. Strong UX, technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency with software development methodologies such as Agile and experience working with Scrum teams is essential. You must be able to synthesize requirements into a common set of platform and services capabilities, writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features. Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint) is needed. You'll need to liaise with other business units, product leaders, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless execution. You'll also be responsible for providing status, action plans, and recommendations to senior leadership on an ongoing basis.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or commensurate work experience. Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business trade-offs. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about what you do and fired up about the opportunity to transform payments working for the industry leader.
