Maintaining Team cohesiveness Control on Portfolio Attrition Ensuring all registers are maintained in Branch Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented Ensure Profitability of Business at Branch level Regular Customer Visits Ensure there is no Manpower Gap Motivate staff to achieve targets and earn incentives Cross selling of products like S/A account, Insurance, Other loans. Conduct performance review of sales executives and suggest if some improvement is to be done. Maintaining the MIS, generating reports.
