Regional Technical Manager - Secured

Some high level things you would own but not limited to: Formulation of Technical Policy for secured LAP. Evaluate property technical reports for LAP (Loan Against Property). Ensure compliance with valuation standards and internal policies. Assess the Property quality, marketability, and liquidity, Construction status, age, and structural risks. Technical Report TAT adherence as agreed and defined in SOP. Identify technical risks in property documents and verify site feasibility and marketability of collateral. Manage and onboard external vendor technical agencies (valuation firms/technical officers) to ensure timely and quality reports. Ensure all technical documentation aligns with regulatory standards. Conduct spot checks on high-value properties and audit vendor reports to prevent fraud or overvaluation. Coordinate with Sales/Product/Credit/Technology and Operations to fine tune the process. Policy related training and frontline support for resolution of their queries.
