System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT person with Networking experience to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing security measures to safeguard company data. Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Implement security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems. Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning. Configure and maintain network hardware and software components. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software issues. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and support. Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations. Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams and asset inventory. Conduct training sessions for employees on IT security best practices.
