Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients via video calls to guide them on their PCOS reversal journey.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to conduct approximately 100 calls per month through inbound leads.
• Complete daily tasks and be available on Slack from 10:00 am-7:00 pm IST, Monday-Saturday.
• Build rapport with clients, leading them to the best decisions even outside their comfort zones, and ensure only suitable clients are enrolled.
• Follow through with commitments, being honest with prospects, and taking a stand for what's best for them.
• Proactively track and adjust your performance metrics to achieve targets, ensuring awareness of why you're ahead or behind.
• Stay up-to-date with CRM activities and numbers, secondary to hitting targets.
• Help prospects live up to their highest standards by maintaining your own high standards.
• Stay calm under pressure and handle crucial, life-changing conversations with prospects daily.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales closer in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective video calls.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving skills, and empathy.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working remotely.
• Proficiency in full sales cycle, negotiation, communication, presentation skills, and CRM usage.

Compensation

TARGETS & INCENTIVES will be on cash collected (Full-Time Members).

• A fixed salary of Rs 20,000
• The incentive will start from the 5th sale onwards
• An 8 percent commission on 5-8th sale which is 4*40,000=1,60,000= 12,800
• A 9 percent commission if the closing reaches 15 sales = 11*40,000=4,40,000= 48,400
• A 10 percent commission if the closing reaches 20 sales = 16*40,000=6,40,000= 64,000
• A 12.5 percent commission if the closing reaches 30 sales = 26*40,000= 10,40,000= 1,30,000
