Senior Finance Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage accounting operations while supporting business decisions in our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should understand management objectives, take ownership of responsibilities, think beyond routine accounting tasks, and contribute to improving financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor e-commerce transactions, marketplace settlements, payment gateway reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
• Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support management with business insights.
• Take ownership of finance-related responsibilities and contribute to process improvements across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in accounting and finance (e-commerce experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
