To make recommendations on and implement suitable retail formats & contribute to LSS  financial results (through increased sell through) and enhanced brand equity (through great consumer shopping experience).

Manages and executes the following sub-process : Retail Format Designing

Retail Design

• Brand value proposition to be adhered while creating VM looks for store, use of materials and fixtures
• Maintaining Interior & Exterior store design creating brand equity in all the store designs
  • Adapted Retail design which is as close to original design and quality standards (store layout plans /drawings, capacity plan and planograms based on specific store product segmentation, VM)
  • To make plan, elevations, sections and take appropriate approvals from the project Head for the stores across the country.
  • To make BOQs for Site works, fixtures, lights, flooring and the related items required for the stores.

Planning & Execution of  Projects

• To assess the site location from retail context , feasibility guidelines
• Capable of handling design, Construction, technical drawings and site coordination.
• Evaluates service management with drawings – sketches as per site evaluation, architecturally as per the Brand Standards & ensures flawless execution
