Retail Merchant - NCS (Levi's(R))

Initial allocation

• Specs planning & Implementation at the store & door level for Chain stores.
• Allocates bought quantities to the stores based on their contribution to sales for the buying group

Replenishment

• Manage replenishment based on off-takes at chain stores
• Sets business rules of safety stock levels and replenishment cycle by store, by gender-category.
• Define order processing lead time Inclusive of credit approval, advance payment

In season management of product at store level

• Monitor performance of products in the chain stores and adjust to maximize margins
• Review and interpret exception reports for all chain stores in terms of store and product performance
• Take relevant action to maximize store and product performance  through coordination with concerned stakeholders (i.e…Key Account Managers & Chain buyers)
• Plan & execute price, promotional adjustments or PLC management at chain store level
• Manage inventory at chain stores (i.e. merchandise display, mark-downs, flush out, PLC)

Key Metrics:

• Sell-through revenue and margins
• Store assortment performance
• Retail Inventory  ( health of  stk via active merchandise )
