Call Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided databases and leads.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer information.
• Handle basic customer queries and direct complex issues to senior staff.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills. – Should be fluent in English
• Comfortable speaking on calls for long durations.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Positive attitude and convincing ability.
• Prior tele calling, sales, or customer support experience is an advantage.
• Years of Experience : 0- 2 years

• Female and male candidates both can apply.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates from Patna or nearby areas preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
