Associate - SF - Livelihood

Join our team as an Associate for the Skills Outcomes Fund (SOF), a ₹530 crore outcomes-based financing programme in partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and the Government of India. In this role, you will support the programme's governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation, learning and institutionalization, and financial management. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operationalizing a large-scale outcomes fund and applying outcomes-based financing in India's skilling ecosystem.

• Support the establishment and ongoing functioning of the programme's governance framework, including preparing materials and tracking decisions and actions for Executive Committee and Steering Committee meetings.
• Manage day-to-day engagement and reporting with international philanthropic funders, including fulfilling reporting requirements outlined in relevant contracts.
• Support the selection and onboarding of the independent third-party verification (MEL) partner, and coordinate day-to-day engagement with the partner.
