Finance Manager

Join our team as a Finance Manager, where you will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, compliance and risk management, budgeting, actuals and forecasting, team leadership and development, process optimization and systems improvement, and affiliate entity financial coordination and MIS reporting. You will ensure timely preparation of financial statements, monitor cash flow, oversee payroll, and manage employee reimbursements. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, lead internal and statutory audits, and support the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets. You will also provide technical supervision to junior finance team members and continuously review finance processes for improvement.

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules within the defined reporting timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including filings related to income tax, ROC, GST, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, CSR reporting, FCRA and other relevant regulations.
• Support preparation of annual and quarterly budgets across departments in coordination with programme, fundraising and leadership teams.
