An Associate Manager in the Customer and Medical Engineering Services will be responsible for timely completion of C&MES project jobs as per Linde standards and also for Medical Gas Pipeline system projects/upkeep of customer installations in the cluster /region or as assigned to him. Responsible and functional support for all the MES related activities within the cluster

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role you will be responsible for Medical Gas Pipeline System Projects
• Further you will ensure corrective Maintenance / keep of the CES installations at customer sites as per the LINDE standards
• Furthermore you will be responsible for preventive Maintenance of the existing installations through SAP PM
• Moreover, you will be attending and be responsible for timely closure of all the service calls received by the customers
• Additionally, you will support to the timely closure of the new projects by keeping safety in mind
• Thereafter, you will be providing reports based on calls, prospect qualification, call plan, account plan

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have one to three (1–3) years of experience in handling Medical Gas Pipeline System and you have a Diploma / BE Mechanical
• You have knowledge of installation and maintenance of Bulk Liquid facilities / tank farms, industrial/medical pipelines and related equipment
• You will commit to deliver customer satisfaction for his assigned Jobs
• Further, you will effectively listen and understand, interpret message communicated by others and Customers
• You can ensure healthy customer relationship by addressing customer's issues or queries efficiently and work with different stakeholders as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Additionally, you will make objective and fact based decisions within established guidelines while taking into account the possible consequences
