Engineer, Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineer to join our Operations team at LogicLadder. As an Engineer, Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our cloud-based sustainability management platform, You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and implementing best practices for reliability and scalability.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, including responding to inquiries, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions
• Conduct quality assurance testing on new software releases and updates to ensure product reliability and performance
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers on the effective use of The Sustainability Cloud
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate the software platform with customers' existing systems and workflows
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for product improvement and enhanced user experience
• Document and maintain detailed technical knowledge base and support resources.
  Key Skill:
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, quality assurance, or system integration role, preferably in the software or sustainability industry
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support and training
• Hands-on experience with software implementation, integration, and troubleshooting
  Good to have:
• Experience with cloud-based software platforms and enterprise-level applications
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, carbon accounting, and environmental management systems.
