Description
- Work with product managers and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze customer needs, business processes, and workflows to recommend product improvements.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure clear understanding of product features.
- Support product releases by validating features, conducting UAT, and documenting outcomes.
- Leverage data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Act as a liaison between business, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain and update product documentation, release notes, and change logs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in SaaS or product-based environments.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Exposure to product analytics or data visualization tools.
