Data Visualisation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Specialist with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into visually appealing, interactive, and insightful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and impactful visualizations.
• Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to optimize report performance.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) into Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to BI best practices.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting support as required.
• Optimize and enhance the usability, scalability, and performance of dashboards.
• Train end-users and provide documentation to ensure adoption of Power BI solutions
