A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be the driving force for our business, building strong partnerships with salon clients and our distributor network to grow the Matrix brand in your territory.

• Territory Growth: Achieve sales targets by developing your territory, managing distributors, and securing new salon partnerships.
• Customer Partnership: Consult and develop salon customers, ensuring they have the right product portfolio and commercial support to succeed.
• Education & Digital Integration: Collaborate with training teams to upskill salons and drive social commerce initiatives to help salons grow digitally.

We Are Looking For

You are an entrepreneurial, results-driven professional who thrives on building connections and growing businesses.

• Strong experience in field sales, channel management, or salon business development.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong growth mindset.
• Digital agility to leverage social commerce trends.
