A Day in the Life

We have a suitable opening in the function of Training & Education for the position of Technical Trainer for our Professional Products Division for the brand Matrix. The Matrix Educator is the face of the brand's expertise in the market. You will be responsible for driving brand love and business growth by educating salon partners and stylists on product science, vibrant color techniques, and smart styling protocols. Your goal is to elevate the salon experience, ensuring every service is performed with technical perfection.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will empower partner salons in your territory and drive brand growth through high-impact technical training.

• Train & Inspire: Deliver technical training on Matrix products and services to salon clients; foster hairdresser creativity linked to new launches.
• Business Partnership: Implement customized training programs for key salons to support product sell-out; collaborate closely with sales and merchandising teams.
• Market Intelligence: Provide qualitative salon feedback and track competitor activities to help develop new training actions.
