Deployment Operations Intern – SWAN AI Retail Analytics

We are looking for 2 interns to join our Deployment team and support retail CRM integrations across grocery, pharmacy, fashion, and eCommerce. This is a hands-on apprenticeship, not a typical internship. You will work closely with the deployment team on live client integrations and gradually take ownership of deployment components. High performers will be converted to full-time roles within 3–4 months, with a clear growth path. Support client deployment calls, BRD preparation, and project kickoffsTrack integration progress, follow up on blockers, and coordinate across internal teamsMaintain deployment documentation and support UAT and go-live activities

Candidates should have one of the following backgrounds: MBA graduates / pursuing MBA, preferably with exposure to operations, analytics, or technologyEngineering graduates / final-year students (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields)Candidates with a combination of Engineering + MBA will be strongly preferred
