Analyst - Customer Advocacy

What do we want from you?

1. Understand: Closely work with relationship management teams to understand the needs of our merchant partners and bank clients, interact with customers to understand their needs, and keep yourself informed of evolution of m-commerce, e-commerce & loylty programs globally
2. Define: Closely work with the program management & technology team to define the minimum quality standard which our products & services should adhere to
3. Assure: Closely work with engineers to ensure that the our product & services satisfy the key requirements within committed deadline

In mechanics there will be a significant overlap with the classical quality assurance role. However, the similarity ends there. Your job is to think ahead and put things in place well in advance, to make sure that consumers, clients and partners are all thrilled with Loylty's work.
