Job Overview:

The Senior Operations Specialist supports accurate, timely, and compliant advisory billing and fee adjustments with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements. This role focuses on execution of standard and moderately complex advisory operations tasks while building process knowledge and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review  advisory operations including account maintenance, billing, fee adjustment, terminations, and journals.
  • Resolve advisor inquiries involving Advisory operation functions and reporting.
  • Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly billing tasks
  • Support monthly billing cycles and resolve associated exceptions

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Preferences:·

  • Data Analysis/Business analysis experience
