FTE - Production Associate

Responsibilities: 1) Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency. 2) Equipment Maintenance and Repair : Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions. 3) Operations Management: Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters. 4) Quality Assurance: Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both). 5) Work Scheduling and Allocation: Work according to an assigned schedule. 6) Operational Compliance: Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct. 7) Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others. 8) Personal Capability Building: Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Educational Requirements: Lower Secondary School General Experience Requirement: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years) Managerial Experience Requirement: None
